With a background in personal training and certifications in women's health & fitness, she has worked extensively with new mothers, offering guidance and support during the pregnancy + postpartum periods. Her experiences, both her own and through her coaching, have equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs new mothers face, fueling her passion to empower mothers with knowledge and confidence.
